Refund policy
Due to our unique care and quality control for each item, all orders are final and will not be eligible for refund or exchange. All items are individually inspected before being shipped. If you believe your products do not match what you purchased, you may email us at support@frosthair.co to see what can be resolved.
Due to the nature and individual process and care for each product, there may be slight variations in color, length, thickness and texture. Slavic hair is not mass produced like other types, resulting in these slight variations.
WHOLESALE: wholesale orders are considered a "preorder" item and are not produced until after you place your order. Orders USUALLY ship out in 5-6 weeks, but may sometimes take longer due to busy seasons, delay in manufacturing, customs, or shipping companies. We have little control on when orders come in and are NOT responsible for these delays. Please allow time in your client schedule for these situations.
Wholesale orders are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange, and CANNOT be CANCELED once submitted to manufacturing.
